BS IDENTITY

Today my aim was to capture my processes, food + design on paper. The purpose for this was to demonstrate the results of the two main intentions of the Bake Space. The blank piece of paper became my placemat/canvas. As I worked away both in the kitchen and at my desk, I ensured my trusty paper was beneath my work surfaces. After 2 cups of tea, a bottle of Pellegrino, a bowl of strawberries, coffee, a sandwich and sushi, these were the results. As it turns out, condensation is quite adept at spreading crumb colours.
