On our day off before real classes commenced, Emilia and I took a trip to the FREE science museum.

Giant steam engine
apollo 11 (I think) module

random tools and machineslawnmower!
checking out the entire room
lightbulb
various light bulbs
the guts of a lighthouse
x-ray machine
can't remember what this object was!

pretty certain the second from the bottom is a saab and the one above is a VW, but not sure about the rest.
big rrrrrrocket!
the inside of a very ancient mac computer
keyboard of the mac
giant computer of sorts
man alive! I can't recall what this was! this is what happens when you post days later.
another space module.

Dolly, the first ewe cloned.
a rather large diagram of the inside of your eye.
this room basically educated people on the positive and negative of different types of fuels i.e. cost, easy to switch to, etc.

the male and female innards.

the upstairs is dedicated to identity - what makes people who they are.
displays of different unusual phobias.
Emilia liked the little figures, so I took a pic.
some lovely organs
bloody something or others
some taxidermy
the extra parts guy..
detailed look at some medical additions available.
a butt load of materials used in creating the .....
giant scrap puzzle dealio!
Emilia utilizing the demonstration of gas - liquid - solids.
Looking back at the entrance before heading to Canary Wharf to check out Emilia's very nice townhouse.
Canary Wharf - is a bit like being in Toronto with all the new skyscrapers and handsome suits - only MUCH cleaner.

walking along the pathway with serene fountains and trees!
Reminds me of what they predicted the future would look like back in the 80s.

Bad luck for this poor unfortunate boater.
