I love the incubation period. Last night I dreamt about a poster featuring black boxes, with 2 coloured background variations. I spent the morning building these posters in my mind. Of course when I actually sat down to create, it came out looking nothing like I had visualized. I've also made a revelation about my design "voice." Despite my efforts to ensure that things come out symmetrical/even they absolutely never do. But that's my favourite thing. I enjoy the imperfections.
I am just so delighted to have produced something after such a lengthy creative drought.
