I have been looking at heaps of record covers lately, as I have been helping two lovely girls out with their record-related project. I have found some of them to be infinitely inspiring. I really adored this Curved Air cover, which is actually a cut-out where the rainbow bit is.
Although I'm unfamiliar with the majority of the albums that have crossed my path, the Curved Air was released in 1971. I now am attracted to the idea of having a record player. Take a peek at these beauts below.
Oh the retro splendor (1956)!
The Clash, of course (1979)
I'm love the illustrative approach and quite fond of the font on this one, perhaps because I agree with the title 'Green is beautiful' (1970)
I am inexplicably drawn to this (above, 2006). Not be confused with fellow Ontarioian Benoit Poulard, who plays for the Montreal Canadians.
Photographs, grains and textures, all the things I love in unity. (1965)
It's a shame this record is reputably terrible, the cover is supremely curious. (1977)
